Plate by pipe jacking technique as per leave permission issued by the Eastern Railway authority including laying of departmentally supplied 1200 mm dia (ID) MS Pipe carrier within the conduit 98 M in length across and underneath the Water Body near the railway track near Belgharia Station of Eastern Railway adjacent to MAST NO. 10/1 and 10/1Q.
